6. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mozeik is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability related to any engagement is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the termination terms in the signed agreement. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination remain in effect.
